1. You buy for minimum of £50 on our site and you are in!
2. Every £50 grants you with a chance ticket to participate in the contest. The more chance tickets you have, the higher your chances to win!
3. Once in 3 month we will conduct a draw.
4. The winner will be drawn from all the chance tickets generated from our customers purchases on the site during the previous 3 months.
5. The next contest will close at 23:59 the night of Sep 30, 2020 and the winner will be announced the next day.

Q. I have just made an order on the site for £139. How many chance tickets do i get?

A. Every round £50 grants you with a chance ticket to participate in the contest. So for £139 you will get 2 chance tickets.

Q. How many draws are available?

A. There will be 4 draws this year (2020). A new draw will take place every 3 months (quarter) and here are their dates:

• 1 January 2020 to 31 March 2020 and the winner will be announced on 1 April 2020.
• 1 April 2020 to 30 June 2020 and the winner will be announced on 1 July 2020.
• 1 July 2020 to 30 September 2020 and the winner will be announced on 1 October 2020.
• 1 October 2020 to 31 December 2020 and the winner will be announced on 1 January 2021.

Q. Can I use my chance tickets for more than one draw?

A. No. Your chance ticket are good for one draw only. In order to qualify for the next quarterly draw you will need new chance tickets.

Q. Is there a maximum limit for the chance tickets i can get?

A. No. You can buy as many as you wish and grow your chances to win.

Q. If i have made an order from you on FetiWear’s eBay or Amazon shops. Do I qualify for getting chance tickets and entering the draw?

A. No. Only purchases made on FetiWear.com are eligible for chance tickets and entering the draw.

Q. My invoice contains payment for the item i have bought and the shipping. Are both payments included in the chance tickets calculation?

A. The chance tickets are granted for what you have paid for your bought item. Shipping cost is not calculated.

Contest Qualification

1. This promotion is organized by FetiWear by OBG. It is open to all customers participating, except for employees of FetiWear by OBG and their respective immediate family members.

2. The promotion is valid from -1 January 2020 to 31 December 2020. The promotion shall consist of quarterly lucky draws which will be conducted throughout the period of :

• 1 January 2020 to 31 March 2020 and the winner will be announced on 1 April 2020.
• 1 April 2020 to 30 June 2020 and the winner will be announced on 1 July 2020.
• 1 July 2020 to 30 September 2020 and the winner will be announced on 1 October 2020.
• 1 October 2020 to 31 December 2020 and the winner will be announced on 1 January 2021.

3. The promotion is only open to participants who are at least 18 years old as of 1 st January 2020.

4. Participants must spend a minimum amount of £50.00 at the FetiWear.com website. The minimum spend amount is not limited to any specific products or services provided by the participating merchant, and may include payment by vouchers.;

5. Every £50.00 spent entitles a participant to one lucky draw chance in the quarterly Draw. Participants must retain their original receipts as proof of purchase.

6. Entries are automatically submitted once placing an order on FetiWear.com website.

7. To qualify for multiple chance of winning with more than one chance ticket, participant must be a registered member on FetiWear.com website prior to the entries submission deadline each quarter.

8. Chance tickets used for one draw are invalid for the next draw. To qualify for the next coming draw, customers must purchase new chance tickets.

9.One (1) winner will be drawn for each quarterly draw and each draw winner will win the advertised item on the giveaway page. The quarterly draws will be conducted every 3 months. Quarterly draw winners will not qualify for further participation in the next Draws.

10. Winners will be contacted on the same day of the draw through the telephone number provided on their contest entry (Site order) and must satisfy a verification process before being declared the winner. Winners must provide proof of purchase (official original receipts and/or warranty cards – if any) which must include the name of the product, product description, date and value of purchase/s for verification. Entries with any discrepancies shall be disqualified.

11. Winners are solely responsible for payment of all taxes and levies resulting from participation and/or winning of prizes in this promotion.

12. The award of the prizes may be subject to additional terms and conditions which are not mentioned herein and the winners must agree to such terms and conditions in writing in order to receive the prize. FetiWear.com reserves the right to declare no winner for any draw if it is unable to contact or verify winners after repeated attempts or if a designated winner fails to agree to the additional terms and conditions or for any other reason whatsoever.

13. If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond by the end of the next working day after the draw, he/she will be disqualified and another winner will be selected. FetiWear’s decision shall be final and irrevocable.

14.By participating in this promotion, the winners agree to participate in any form of publicity for this promotion, and to allow FetiWear to use their personal data, photographs and video/audio recordings for marketing & promotional purposes. FetiWear reserves the right to disqualify the winner(s) in the event that the winner(s) refuses or fails to participate in such publicity for this promotion.

15. Prizes are non-transferable or exchangeable for cash, credit, goods or services. FetiWear reserves the right to replace the prizes with other items of similar value without giving prior notice. Unclaimed prizes will be donated to a charitable organization of FetiWear’s choice.

16. By participating in this promotion, the participant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions and the decisions of FetiWear. FetiWear reserves the right to disqualify any winners if he/she is found to have violated these terms and conditions. The decisions of FetiWear on all matters relating to this promotion are final, conclusive and binding.

17. FetiWear reserves the right to reject any entry for any reason.

18. FetiWear reserves the right to change, amend and withdraw any of the terms and conditions without prior notice.

Personal Data

19. Each participant’s personal data will be collected, used, disclosed and/or processed by FetiWear for the following purposes:
(a) For FetiWear or its designated representatives or business partners to provide goods and services to you or parties designated by you and matters ancillary thereto.
(b) To verify and process payment when you purchase goods and services from FetiWear.
(c) For verification and record of your personal particulars including comparing it with information from other sources and using the information to communicate with you.
(d) To send you notices, information, promotions and updates including marketing and advertising materials in relation to FetiWear’s goods and services and those of third party organizations selected by FetiWear.
(e) To comply with any request from any third party or any order of court or directive from authorities investigating any alleged offence or misconduct or for the purposes of taking legal action against any you.

20. By participating in this contest, each participant:
(a) consent to FetiWear collecting, using, disclosing and/or processing your personal data for the purposes as described in Clause 19 above;
(b) consent to FetiWear transferring your personal data out to FetiWear’s third party service providers or agents for the purposes of creating and or delivering your prize.
